The DW Hammer Team recently completed the Box Options Exchange Project in the Historical Landmark Building located at 141 W Jackson Street, Chicago, IL. The scope of work included the buildout of a 10,000 square-foot office space.

The DW Hammer Team worked to identify all long lead items early on, and populated a complete budget to negotiate an agreed-upon price with Box Options Exchange.

Upon completion, the space included a new trading floor, conference area, open ceilings with K-13 spray and concrete flooring.
