This project included 800,000 SF of new wireless HVAC and lightning control work to Zurich's new North American Headquarters. This was a design/build effort with DW Hammer as the general contractor and Environmental Systems Design as the engineer of record. Wireless HVAC and lightning scope of work was delivered at no additional cost versus the traditional wired HVAC and lightning control system. The Zurich North America headquarters is the most advanced automated building in North America.

The DW Hammer Team creatively bid and award the HVAC & Lighting Controls work through the electrical subcontractors rather than through the HVAC subcontractors. By doing so, multiple layers of markups were saved, which saved the client over
$250,000 on their overall budget.
