Various Projects Including: 

Data Center Decommissioning (Lombard, IL)

The project included decommissioning the existing Data Center on the 4th floor to be delivered back to the Landlord to match the building standards. The DW Hammer Team decommissioned Liebert Rooftop Condensing Units, Liebert Air Handlers in the Data Center, Liebert Slit-System, all Electrical with UPS Systems, demolished the existing Server Room, and removed and drained the existing liquid lines. The Team also completed various cosmetic upgrades to deliver the space back to the Landlord.

Data Center Upgrades (Chicago, IL)

The DW Hammer Team provided on-site assistance in upgrading the HVAC Systems within the existing Data Center at 350 N Orleans.

Decommissioning and IDF Room (Chicago, IL)

The project included decommissioning (2) Data Centers on the 24th floor, and of the sub-sub-basement to be delivered back to the Landlord to match the building standards. The DW Hammer Team decommissioned FM 200 Systems, Pre-Action Dry Systems, Liebert Rooftop Condensing Units, Liebert Air Handlers, removed and drained the liquid lines and all associated piping. DW Hammer removed the existing IT Equipment, Raised Flooring, 600 Gallon Fuel Tanks, Generators, removed an Electrical Room with UPS Systems, and more. The Team also commissioned a new IDF Room, installed a new Security System, and completed various cosmetic upgrades to deliver the space back to the Landlord.
